  Amova-Stc Asia ETF Reit  - She is gaining strength likely to rise up to test 86 to 86.5 cents soon!

A nice breakout smoothly at 87 cents we may likely see her rising up further towards 90 than 93 cents.

NikkoAM-STC Asia REIT ETF  - This one no-brainer counter. Yield is more than 5 percent,  quarter dividend,  nice!

She is rising up to test 86 cents soon!

  NikkoAM-STC Asia REIT ETF  - this counter covers most of the famous reit which is more or less to invest into S-REIT sector. The best part it is paying out Quarterly dividend!

Now market is anticipating Fed officials may cut interest rates 0.25% in Sept meeting.  Reit sector seem firming up and getting ready to welcome the gd news! 

CFA looks like she may rise up to test 0.85 soon!

Indeed she had managed to cover the dividend Gapped at 80 cents and is now trading at 80.9 cents. A nice crossing over of 81 cents with ease we may see her rising up to test 85 cents and above.

NikkoAM-STC Asia ETF Reit  (CFA.SI) : If you dont know which reit counter to consider can look at this Reit ETF that pays quarterly dividend and is yielding 5m5 percent covering most of the gd reit counters.

Nibbled small units at 0.784 yesterday- 4th July 2025.

he is gaining strength,  likely to rise up to cover the dividend Gapped at about 0.792-0.8. A nice breakout of 0.8 smoothly plus good volume we may likely seeing her rising up further towards 0.85 and above. 

If rate cuts materialize in September and December 2025, this may likely boost the price higher!

More rate cuts may help to lower borrowing costs and help to increase the DPU payout.  When DPU increased,  the price likely follow.

DBS - At 51.79 Price per book is 2.2 times, PE 13.31 times seem like pushing to the sky due to dividend yield of 4.6 percent at 60 cents per Quarter excluding special dividend

The price has retreated to trade at 50.65, looks rather weak and SMA is turning down.  She may go down to test 50.00 than 48.00. Pls dyodd.

FOMC cut 0.25 % for September and estimating another 2 or more cuts till end 2025! 

Bank likely see further selling down pressure!

 DBS at 51.79 Price per book is 2.2 times, PE 13.31 times seem like pushing to the sky due to dividend yield of  4.6 percent at 60 cents per Quarter excluding special dividend!

If including special of 0.15 per quarter then yield is about 5.7%.

The usual investment criteria is to buy below price per book below 1 time. 

For trading,  may be is still OK but cannot hold for higher profit is like a hit and run strategy!

When market really cannot go higher,  eventually,  it will has to go down! 

When the country is cutting interest rate it might be the economy is not doing well! It may slip into Recession...

If that is going to happen, bank may drop faster ..

All 3 bank Net Interest income al decreasing qoq.  The only silver lining is Net interest fee!

The proposed Japan assets divestment is dpu accretive.  The divestment gains is about 50.8m. Not bad! The divestment amount of 222.7m. After deducting all expenses,  net proceeds of 187.4m. So much $ to pay for admin and expenses .

 Boustead  - Share price spike up to close very well at 1.68 after the announcements that the company is applying approval to the authority to list the real estate assets, this is rather positive.

Hitting all time high at 1.72 before closing at 1.68. If it can continue to stay above ATH price of 1.68, it may rise up further towards 1.80 than 2.00 and above.

I think many are being scared off by the 3 local US reit counter like Prime,  Kep Oat , Manulife that almost went kaput! Still trying to survive and 2 of the counters haven't resumed paying out dividend which is considering very bad! 

United Hampshire US REIT assets is about US731.7m. Occupancy rate is about 97.2%. First Half Dpu of 2.09 cents. Gearing 38.9%. Wale 7.6 years. Yield is more than 8%. NAV 0.73.
