CapLand Ascott Tr - She is trading at a gd price level, yield is about 6.81 percent, looks rather interesting

CapLand Ascott Tr  - She is trading at a gd price level, yield is about 6.78 percent,  looks rather interesting!

EPS 8.1 cents. NaV 1.162. DPU 6.1 cents.

The recent divestment may help to lower the company debts gearing which is great way to lower the operating costs and likely help to increase the NPI, DI and DPU payout.

At 89.5 cents,  yield is about 6.81% of which I think is quite a gd yield level much higher than CPF SA or RA. Pls dyodd.

Chart wise,  she is stuck in a consolidation mode price patterns.  It may eventually subject to either a breakout or down.
