Lendlease Reit - 1st Half Results is out. Both Gross Revenue and Net Property Income is down 13.6 and 19.8 percents to 103.6m and 74.9m seem worst than MPACT .
The lower Distribution Income was due to higher borrowing costs.
DPU is down 14.28% to 1.8 cents vs 2.1 cents last year.

Gearing 40.8%.
Occupancy rate 99.6% for retail and 86.1% for office rentals seem not bad!
