— recorded positive full year rental reversion
— All properties achieved higher occupancy, lifting portfolio committed and actual occupancy rates to 97.0% and 94.3% respectively.

I think results is within expectations!

Looks like reporting a good set of financial numbers with better dpu before the forming of the new company.

Estimating 5.5-5.8 cents dividend.

I think price has come down to a good pivot point!




Yearly dpu is about 9.5 cents. Yield 5.25% foe this retail cum office reit seem rather interesting! P/B 1.2. Gearing below 40%. Good mgmt, famous sponsor.
