She is gaining momentum,likely to reclaim 12.30 & rises higher to retest 12.70 again!

She is likely going down to revisit 11.20 the support level that could be a good pivot point to consider!
If yearly dividend of 53 cents, yield is about 4.73% which is higher than some of the reit counter! Looks rather interesting.
If price corrected further towards 10.60 would be able to achieve 5% yield..
