AR has grown its total Assets portfolio from 13.8billion( 30 Sept 2020) to about 14.92billion with the additional acquisitions .
1. Two Office Properties in San Francisco for S$768.0 million (10 November 2020).
2. Acquisition of 1-5 Thomas Holt Drive, Macquarie Park, Sydney, Australia for S$284.0 million (11 December 2020).
3. Acquisition of new logistics property at 500 Green Road, Crestmead, Brisbane, Australia (23 December 2020).
The DPU is about 14.8 cents annually. The yield is about 4.97% base on current price of $2.98 per share. Looks pretty decent for a Giant Industrial reit with Good Management, Strong Sponsor under Capitaland, Gearing of 34.9%.
Dividend payout is half yearly basis.
Dividend yield of about 5% is definitely much better than bank interest rate or other fixed income product. Stable and constantly growing company.
Chart wise, it is still stucked in a consolidation mode patterns.
A nice breakout of $3.05 coupled with high volume that may likely propel the price higher towards $3.25 and above.
