DPU of 2.876 cents I think is not bad which is yielding a yield of 6.3% base on closing price of 88.5.

The recent acquisition for Korea property seem to have short-lived, price started to turn weaker.
NAV $1.40.P/B 0.656 seems rather undervalued!
Result is due on 29th Oct 2020 looking forward for the coming dividend announcement!
