Today breakout looks like market are looking for safe haven reit counter like MLT, MIT and AR the movements seem rather unusual!
I think is Good to be cautious not too chase at all time high price for logistics & industrial reits yielding about 4% or below 4 % yield that is considered overpriced base on reit investing principles.
How long this is going to last , nobody knows !
What goes up high will come down eventually.
Not a call to buy or sell.
