 Chart wise,rather bullish!

A very impressive running up from $4.00 to close at $5.04 last Friday, looks pretty fantastic!




Short term wise, I think it may likely taking a pause before setting the next direction!

I think is Good to wait for market confirmation before jumping on the bangawon!

Is good to be cautious!

 Chart wise, waiting for her nice breakout of the upper trend line in order for it to resume the uptrend mode !




The current price of $4.01 is still far away from its usual trading price range of $5.00 to $5.45 during the good time .


Short term wise, need a nice breakout that would likely move up to retest $4.24 then $4.40 & $4.46 & above.

Suntec Reit

 Result will be out on 26th Jan 2021 before trading commence, hopefully a slight increase in dividend payout that would likely give a boost to drive the price higher!




It is still stuck in a consolidation mode. A nice breakout of $1.57 would likely take it higher toward $1.65 & above!

 The champion among the local bank counter! Nice breakout yesterday plus followed through today coupled with high volume is rather positive!




Likely to continue to trend higher!

Short term wise, I think likely to retest $28.00 then $28.40.

Ascendas Reit

 AR has grown its total Assets portfolio from 13.8billion( 30 Sept 2020) to about 14.92billion with the additional acquisitions .



1. Two Office Properties in San Francisco for S$768.0 million (10 November 2020).

2. Acquisition of 1-5 Thomas Holt Drive, Macquarie Park, Sydney, Australia for S$284.0 million (11 December 2020).

3. Acquisition of new logistics property at 500 Green Road, Crestmead, Brisbane, Australia (23 December 2020).

The DPU is about 14.8 cents annually. The yield is about 4.97% base on current price of $2.98 per share. Looks pretty decent for a Giant Industrial reit with Good Management, Strong Sponsor under Capitaland, Gearing of 34.9%. 

Dividend payout is half yearly basis.

Dividend yield of about 5% is definitely much better than bank interest rate or other fixed income product. Stable and constantly growing company.


Chart wise, it is still stucked in a consolidation mode patterns.




A nice breakout of $3.05 coupled with high volume that may likely propel the price higher towards $3.25 and above.

Mapletree Log trust

 Chart wise, looks bullish!

Likely to continue to trend higher!




Short term wise, I think likely to retest $2.03 level.

A nice breakout coupled with high volume that may likely drive the price higher towards $2.11 with extension to $2.21 level.

January is the reporting seasons for Reits and the power of dividend may attract buying interest.
