Char wise, bullish mode! Likely to reclaim 1.37 and rises higher towards 1.40 and above! Pls dyodd. 


Hosey! She had managed to reclaim 1.33 and closed higher at 1.35, awesome!

She may rise up to test 1.40 than 1.50.Pls dyodd.

Suntec Reit - Results is out! Suntec REIT Achieved Stellar 14.6% Year-on-Year Increase in Distributable. 4th quarter dpu 2.102 cents

Suntec REIT Achieved Stellar 14.6% Year-on-Year Increase in Distributable 

Income. 4th quarter DPU 2.102 cents. Solid! Tomorrow likely gap up! XD 29th January,  paydate 27 February. 

Singapore, 22 January 2026 – Suntec REIT reports strong distributable income of $207.3 million 

for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2025 (“FY 25”), 14.6% higher than the year ended 

31 December 2024 (“FY 24”). Distribution per unit (“DPU”) to un



itholders was 7.035 cents or 

13.6% higher year-on-year. 

The robust year-on-year improvement was driven by the stronger operational performance of

the Singapore Office, Retail and Convention portfolio and lower financing costs. This more 

than offset the weaker performances of the overseas properties, specifically The Minster 

Building in London, and 55 Currie Street in Adelaide.

Suntec City Mall 

A cautious market outlook remains for the retail market on expectation of the impact of the 

upcoming Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System and the potential retail spend leakage, 

particularly for malls in the northern part of Singapore1. The REIT will continue in its efforts to 

refresh the mall’s trade mix to drive shopper traffic and sales. The Singapore Retail portfolio is 

well-positioned for growth, supported by higher occupancy, rent and marcoms revenue. 

Committed occupancy is expected to remain high with positive rent reversion expected to be

close to 10%.

FY25/26 on a yoy comparable basis

• Strong performance led by VivoCity despite ongoing Basement 2 AEI

• Lower operating expenses and finance costs driven by reduced utility rates and strategic 

debt reduction

• 2Q FY25/26 DPU at 2.01 Singapore cents, up 1.5% yoy

Higher commitment levels recorded in most markets; portfolio rental reversion reflects 

strategic prioritisation of tenant retention and cash flow stability

• VivoCity: Delivers all-round performance across earnings, occupancy, rental growth and 

tenant sales; Basement 2 AEI completed with new retail zone operational since 

late August 2025

• Completed divestment of two Japan office buildings.

I think results seem not bad! 

More importantly,  dpu is up.

Estimating DPU is of 1.6-1.8 cents!  She may rise up to reclaim 1.50! A nice breakout smoothly plus good volume we may see her rising up further towards 1.60-1.66. Pls dyodd.

Oct interest rate cut of 0.25% would certainly help to lower the borrowing costs.

This may likely help to increase the distribution income and DPU payout.
