CapLand India Tr- Chart wise, she is gaining momentum and may likely test 1.00

 CapLand India Tr- Chart wise, she is gaining momentum and may likely test 1.00!



A nice crossing over of 1.00 smoothly,  we may see her revisiting 1.04 tyan 1.06.

Yearly dividend is about 6.4 - 6.8 cents.

NAV 1.37.

First Half results will be out in July cum dividend.

SingTel - After the released of the FY results, price did went higher to touch 4.00 but was short-lived and retraced back to close at 3.81 even lower than the price prior the release the result seem rather weak

Half Year results will be out on 12 November morning,  not sure will it report a gd sets of financial numbers!

Today, just nibbled small units to support this counter!

Chart wise,  bearish mode! 

Gapped down yesterday and closed lower at 3.86 coupled with high volume this is rather bearish! She may go down to test 3.76-3.80. 

Next, 3.70 and 3.60.

 SingTel  - After the released of the FY results,  price did went higher to touch 4.00 but was short-lived and retraced back to close at 3.81 even lower than the price prior the release of the result seem rather weak!



She may go to test 3.77. If 3.76 cannot hold, she may go further down to test 3.66 than 3.60.

At 3.81, yield is about 4.46%.

SingTel  - FY results is out. TOTAL REVENUE is up 1 percent to 14.1b, Underlying net profit is up 9 percent to 2.5b, Declared final dividend of 10 cents consists of variable 3.3 cents. XD 31 July, paydate 19 August.



I think nice sets of financial numbers being contributed by regional associates.  




Share buyback programme of 2b to buy back share.

Healthy Balance sheet. 

ICR 18.1x.

At 3.84, yield is about 4.4%.

 Frasers Cpt Tr  - AGM insights, the CEO very well spoken and nicely presentations about the new acquisition plus addressing and answering all the questions from shareholders feeling gd the trusts is under a gd team.

With this new acquisition,  dpu may increase.  Plus the potential to expand and attract more shoppers traffic with new BTO flats to be built in that area. 

Went to Amara Hotel/100 AM and tried this soba located at level 02-28 - Healthy Soba Iki. I think the soba is chewy and the soup base is tasty. 



At 2.19, yield is about 5.5%.

 The 200M perpetual securities is a combination of Rights issue and current interest rate environment to leverage and give them the advantage to achieve dpu accretive of 1.8%.


Will the future RTS rail affects the shopper traffic! CEO said the opportunity is available now and they have carefully evaluated the situation. Shopping in JB is about 3000 a day from Singapore.  Is a 2 way  traffic flow or leakage of ppl going there about 40,000 people a day when RTS is ready.

 North Point City North Wing is currently enjoying about 72.1% . Future residential supply is expected to increase shopper traffic

This acquisition of the South Wing is dpu accretive as Yishun is a densely populated location. Strong market low supply in Yishun area. Easily accessible by the MRT and Yishun bus interchange.

 Increase revenue up to 8000 sq ft. Higher potential rental yield.

The main objective is to seek shareholders approval for the acquisition of the 100% North City Point South Wing Shopping mall.

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT - Hosey, proposed acquisition Data center at 9 Tai Seng Drive plus 5 Science Park at 700m. Both occupancy fully occupied. DPU accretive of 1.36 percent

PP price finalized at 2.47. 5% discount from 2.61. Very gd discounted price for vip!

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT  - Halted, proposed acquisition Data center at 9 Tai Seng Drive plus 5 Science Park at 700m. Both occupancy fully occupied.  DPU accretive of 1.36 percent.



Advance DPU of 6.47 cents. XD 4th June. Paydate 30 June. 

It is rather rare to be able to acquire DC in Singapore.  I think this is a positive development.  

Rights issue is coming!

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT  - She is gaining momentum,  likely to rise up to test 2.75 again!

A nice breakout smoothly


plus good volume we may see her rising up further towards 2.83 and above. 

Yearly Dividend is about 15 cents.

Yield is about 5.5%.

Fed meeting on 7th May, expect to leave interest rate unchanged.  


Sats - Yesterday she had a nice breakout at 3.07 and closed well at 3.11, up 6 cents coupled with high volume this is rather bullish. I think likely to continue this uptrend mode

The price is up due to the company reporting a nice sets of FY results for 2024. Final dividend increased to 3.5 cents vs 1.5 last year. 




23rd May 2025:

 SATS - FY results is out.  Net profit is up 332 percent to 248.3m. Proposed Final dividend of 3.5 cents vs 1.5 cents last year.  




Free cash flow turned around from negative 48.2m to 228m. Operating cash flow strengthen to 450m vs 137.4m last year. 

The management is priotizing to pare down debts,  reinvest in business and enhance shareholder values!

I think great set of financial numbers! 

Most probably they may achieve 10b in 2028 time.

FY net profit is up due to divestment gains.  If excluding divestment gains , Net profit is up 8%.

Healthy revenue projects of 349m vs. 247m last year. 

XD 8th Aug.

Cash on hands of about 333m , borrowing about 8m. Net cash position. 

Solid. EPS 19.57 cents. PE 5.3x.
