ComfortDelGro - 3rd quarter results update is out! Total Revenue is up 18.4 percent to 1.18b.
PATMI 15.2 percent to 57.5m. Profit margin is 4.9 percent versus 5 percent last year . Net cash of 161m as compared to 497m last year. I think results is not bad!
Hopefully, 4th quarter patmi also increase and FY results is much higher than last year plus declaring a higher Final dividend that would be nice!

Frasers Property - FY results is out!Net profit is up 19.2% at S$206.3 millions Declaring Final dividend of 4.5 cents , Awesome!
Total Revenue for H2 FY2024 stood at S$2.7 billion, up 33.2 per cent from S$2 billion last year. 2nd Half Net profit of 148.9m is great to be back in the Black reversing from last having a Net loss of 52m.
I think overall results is not bad!

SingTel - First Half results is out! Underlying Net Profit is up 6 percent to 1.19b. INTERIM dividend increased from 5.2 cents to 7 cents plus 1.9 cents a total of 8.9 cents , superb! This is much higher than my expectations of 5.2 cents. Nice sets of financial numbers!
Total operating revenue of 6.992b seem quite stable.
EDITA increased 9% to 1.95b.
NCS and Optus achieve EBIT growth of 40% and 58%.
Singtel expects its EBIT growth for the current FY ending next March to be in the range of low double digits, an upgrade from the range of "high single digits to low double digits"

Yield is about 5.65% at 3.15.

AEM - Spotted some buying activities today that saw the price edging up 8 cents to 1.38 looks rather interesting! The volume seem quite high which is a positive signal! If she can stay above 1.37 and rises up further to 1.48 we may see a reversal trend.
Crossing over 1.48 smoothly, she may continue to rise up to cover the Gapped at 1.55 to 1.60.

Food Empire - 3rd quarter results update is out! Total Gross Revenue is up 11.4 percent to 118.9m versus 106.7m last year. 9th month total Revenue is up 12.8 percent to 344.3 percent. Looks like sales is up across all different region! I think final dividend of 5 cents is likely sustainable!
Sales from its Ukraine, Kazakhstan and the Commonwealth of Independent States segment was up 10.3 per cent. This was attributed to higher revenue from Kazakhstan brought in by tea product manufacturer Tea House, which became a subsidiary of the group in May 2024.
Despite ongoing market challenges, Food Empire recorded a 1.8 per cent rise in revenue from its Russia segment. Its “others” segment posted a 7.4 per cent rise in revenue due to higher contribution from the Africa market.
I think overall results is not bad!

SBS Transit reported a 2.1 per cent rise in total gross revenue of S$396.1 million for the quarter, driven mainly by higher average fare and ridership for rail.
Net profit increased 1.7% to 18.21m versus 17.91m last years.
Operating expense was 2.3 per cent higher, due to an increase in costs for staff and premises, as well as higher rail licence charge and advertising concession fee.
Operating profit decreased 0.1 per cent to S$18.8 million.
They expect increases in costs to moderate with lower inflation and energy prices, going forward.
Ridership in both NEL and DTL is increasingly allowing the company to book a higher revenue.
Plus the fare increase in December will also help to increase their total revenue.
Estimate yearly dividend of 11.2 cents.
Yield is about 4.54% at 2.47.
