Frasers Cpt Tr - It has managed to touch 2.42 yesterday but closed at 2.38, looks like Bull is back! This driving force may continue to push the price to clear 2.40 than 2.50 and above!

 FCT:Frasers Cpt Tr  - She had closed well at 2.37 yesterday,  likely to continue this uptrend direction and rises higher to test 2.40 and above. 



A nice breakout of 2.40 smoothly we may see her rising up further towards 2.50 and 2.60.

FCT : Frasers Cpt Tr  - One of the rare local retail mall that is pretty resilient and almost attaining 100 pecent occupancy rate. Yield is more than 5.3 percent,  NAV about 1 Price Per Book. Gearing below 40 percent of which is good to be included into one watch list or portfolio!

She is rising up to test 2.30 than 2.33 to 2.35.

 FCT : Frasers Cpt Tr  - 3rd quarter results update is out! All nos seem about the same as last year! Occupancy 99.7 percent,  Sales revenue slightly higher, gearing is 39.1% versus 38.5% , ICR 3.26x. 

Retail sales and Retail rent is up slightly! 



No total gross revenue and earnings provided!

AEI to complete by September 2024. Project ROI 8%. 

Mall achieve 100% occupancy.  

At 2.19, yield is about 5.49%.

Seem quite a nice Yield level. 



SingTel - I think is good to secure the profit! Run up quite a lot from 2.20 to 3.20. If 3.10 cannot hold we may see her rolling down!

 SingTel  - Nibbled a bit yesterday at 2.90 after it has retreated from 3.02 to touch 2.88. 



Now she is rising up to 2.97, looks like a nice rebound ! 

Short term wise,  she may retest 3.02 again! 

Estimating Full year dividend of about 15.3 cents, yield is about 5.15% for this blue chip counter seem not bad!

CICT new acquisition of 50% ION and ION Orchard Link likely benefits with more management fees. She is up 6 cents to 2.75, this is rather positive! Pls dyodd.

CapitaLand Investment H1 profit falls 6% to S$331 million

Revenue is up 1 per cent to S$1.37 billion for the half year
CAPITALAND Investment (CLI) posted a 6 per cent fall in net profit to S$331 million for the six months ended Jun 30, from S$351 million the year before.
CLI’s earnings per share for H1 also declined 6 per cent to S$0.065, from S$0.069 previously.
Revenue was up 1 per cent to S$1.37 billion for the half year, from S$1.35 billion in the corresponding period the previous year.
The group’s performance comes against the backdrop of a challenging operating environment, with higher-for-longer interest rates, geopolitical tensions and macroeconomic uncertainties, CLI’s group chief executive officer Lee Chee Koon said on Wednesday (Aug 14) at a results briefing.
For instance, fee-related revenue rose 8 per cent year on year to S$561 million for the half-year period, from S$519 million a year ago.
CLI said this was underpinned by improved asset performance and contributions from new management contracts in its lodging and commercial management business. Its fund management business also contributed to the revenue growth, on the back of higher event-driven fees.
The growth in fee-related revenue was, however, offset by the group’s real estate investment segment, which recorded a 2 per cent dip to S$911 million, from S$932 million the previous year.

Occupancy rate is 94.3%.

Gearing is healthy at 32.7%.

Position rental reversion of 14.3%.

The ops costs increased by 34.5% to 29m. If not, dpu will be higher! 

NAV 1.16.

Ay 1.01, yield is about 7%.

I think results is not bad!

Today went to this Atas Japanese restaurant to have lunch.Located at Orchard Road.  SUJU Japanese restaurant at Ngee Ann City! 

Very different kind of experience.  

The food is nice, nom nom. 















Nice sashimi,  Nice Fish, Duck meats, tempura,  the soba is really special and very chewy. Nice appetizers. The cheese cake is great. Tea is also nice.
