MLT - Mapletree Log Tr : She is rising up to revisit 1.40 soon! Pls dyodd.

MLT - Mapletree Log Tr  : She is rising up to revisit 1.40 soon!

 I think the recent poor share price performance is fundamentally driven by market and macro factors and is not solely attributable to MLT.

  Mapletree Log Tr  - Wah, she is on a continuous selling down pressure! At 1.34, yield is a whopping 6.74 percent looks like a crisis price! NAV 1.39, Gearing below 40 percent.  Looks like super oversold!  



Chart wise,  it may go down to test 1.30 than 1.25.

 MLT(Mapletree Log Tr) - The rebound was short-lived as the cPI data is still staying above 3 percent and Fed may not cut interest rate in June causes the selling down again plus ME tensions! 



I think great price is here as she is trading at 1.42 yielding 6.35 percent for this giant logistics reit counter which is a very good yield level. Pls dyodd. 


Mapletree Log Tr  - Awesome! She is  back to 1.51. A nice breakout smoothly plus high volume would likely see her rising up towards 1.55 and above. Yield is preety good at 5.98 percent at current price of 1.51. 


Crossing over 1.55 we may see her testing 1.63.

Venture - 1st quarter results is out! 1ST QUARTER NET profit of S$60.1m Versus 73.6 million last year.

Meanwhile, its Q1 revenue stood at S$666.7 million, 18.9 per cent lower than the S$821.7 million.


Cash on hands of 1.19b.

Zero debts. 

Business outlook:

The company is targeting for revenue to improve on a sequential basis from 1st quarter to 2nd quarter.  And expected revenue to be much higher in 2nd Half of 2024 versus 1st Half of 2024.

Kep Infra Tr - 1st quarter results is out! Distribution Income is down 28.1% yoy, but would increase by 29% y-o-y to $66.8m, after adjusting for one-offs. Gearing 41.1% which is very high! Pls dyodd.

 1st quarter results update is out.

Adjusted EBITA up 3.8% yoy to $130.7m with nee contribution from German solar Portfolio.

 Distribution Income is down 28.1% yoy, but would increase by 29% y-o-y to $66.8m, after adjusting for one-offs.





Gearing 41.1% with 82% debt in fixed hedge.


Cash on hands is about 422m versus total borrowings of 2741.5m.





Gearing is above 40% doesn't look good. 

Plus new acquisition again, likely push the gearing higher.  I think is a great concerned for having such a high gearing!

City Energy’s facility in Singapore, Senoko Gasworks, has a production capacity of 1.6 million m3 per day. As the only facility producing town gas in Singapore, Senoko Gasworks generates town gas using three continuous reforming plants and five cyclic reforming plants, each with a production capacity of 200,000 m3 per day. The plants are equipped to use both natural gas and light virgin naphtha as feedstock. The town gas produced can either be stored in two spherical gasholders or sent out through the distribution network to customers. Every day, gas production is monitored, controlled and directed 24 hours a day from a central control room. At the heart of the central control room is a fully automated distribution control system. The computerised distribution control system enables the experienced plant controllers to operate, monitor and oversee the gas production and ancillary plant.

Senoko Waste-to-Energy Plant (Senoko WTE Plant) is the third waste incineration plant built in Singapore and is one of four incineration plants currently operating. It was commissioned in 1992 with a land area of 7.5 ha.

Senoko WTE Plant is equipped with six incinerator-boiler units with two condensing turbine-generators offering a power generation capacity of 2 x 28 MW. Waste incineration is carried out at the plant 24 hours a day throughout the year.

Senoko WTE Plant underwent a flue gas treatment system upgrade in June 2012, which was completed within the contracted timeframe and budget, and with an accident-free safety record.

On 26 September 2014, the trust entered into an agreement with NEA to progressively increase the contracted incineration capacity of the plant by up to 10% from 2,100 tonnes per day to 2,310 tonnes per day between July 2015 and September 2016. The capacity payments from NEA were correspondingly increased with the completion of each incineration unit upgrade, with the sixth and final unit upgrade being completed with effect from 1 September 2016.

Following the decommissioning


of Ulu Pandan Incineration Plant by the Singapore government in August 2009, Senoko WTE Plant became the only waste incineration plant located in the northern part of Singapore. The plant is also the only waste incineration facility located outside of the Tuas area (which is in the western part of Singapore) and this positions it to serve the eastern, northern and central areas of the country.

The group is also one of the largest bulk and packaged chemical distribution businesses in Australia and New Zealand. The chemicals manufactured and distributed by Ixom are fundamental components used in a range of industries including the water treatment, dairy and agriculture, mining, construction and nickel refining sectors, most of which have favourable demand outlooks.

Ixom is supported by about 1,000 employees and its business is underpinned by the extensive scale and strategic locale of its assets, facilities and distribution network, which are in close proximity to key ports and customers. The locations of its assets and facilities allow Ixom to benefit from lower transportation costs, while ensuring reliability and timely delivery of its products and services to its customers in a safe manner.

Yield is about 7.7%.

Dividend payout half yearly basis of 1.91 cents.


Chart wise,  she is slowly rising up from 0.48 to close at 0.495, looks like it is gaining strength! 

If it can cross over 

0.505 smoothly plus gd volume that may likely rise further up to test 0.525.

Next resistance level is at 0.545.

 Frasers Cpt Tr - 1st Half Results is out! Gross Revenue is up 2.9 percent to 172.2m, NPI is up 2.1 percent to124.6m. Gearing 38.8 percent.  DPU is down 1.8 percent to 6.022 cents, results is not bad! 




XD 3rd May for balance dividend on 1.772 cents due advance payment of 4.25 cents for PP.

Occupancy rate 99.9%.
