AEM - I think market is showing us the best situation facing this counter with the share price keep falling lower especially with the recent short fall of inventory and court case . Very weak and we may see further selling down pressure! Dont go against your friend! Dont trade because itchas fallen from 3+ to 2.20+. Lack of catalyst to see any further progress for the moment! Pls dyodd.

Very weak and we may see further selling down pressure! Dont go against your friend! Dont trade because it has fallen off from 3+ to 2.20+. Short term wise,  I think likely to go down to test 2.09 than 2.00. Breaking down of 2.00 she may likely slide down further towards 1.62 and below.

 . Earnings were dismay, with FY2023 net loss at $1.164m vs net profit of $127m year ago. FY2023 revenue fell 44.7% to S$481.3M and PBT excluding exceptional items was S$38.3m. The exceptional items mainly relate to the Group's decision to take up the full impact of the US$20m (S$26.7m) settlement of the confidential arbitration in FY2023.

ComfortDelGro - FY results is out! Final dividend increased more than 100 percent from 1.76 cents to 3.76 cents. Total Revenue is up 2.6% to 3880m and Net profit is up 4.3% to 180.5m. I think is a good sets of financial numbers!

CapitaLand Investment - FY results is out! Resilient 2023 Cash PATMI of 781m. Proposed final dividend of 12 cents. FY net profit is down 79.0% y-o-y to $181 million from $861 million in FY2022 mainly due to revaluation of assets in China.

Operating Patmi declined by 7% y-o-y to $568 million, mainly due to higher interest expense, lower contribution from China 


Overall revenue declined by 3.2% y-o-y to $2.78 billion from $2.88 billion last year.

Fee income-related businesses (FRB) revenue, which have been providing strong recurring contributions to the group’s overall returns y-o-y, gained 9% to $1.07 billion from $984 million a year ago.

CapitaLand Investment(9CI.SI) - She has a nice rebound from 2.80 and rises higher to touch 2.95, looks like Bull is in control! Pls take note! 



Short term wise,  I think likely to rise up to retest 2.95 ! A nice breakout smoothly may likely see her rising up towards 3.00 than 3.03.

Wow! Today looks like something is brewing! She is up 12 cents to 3.02. 



CapitaLand Invest  - The company purchased another 5m share today at 2.90 to 2.92, so solid! They have so much cash on hands to buy back the share! It might be the price is undervalued! 

She is trading near the all time low of 2.83. This might be a great pivot point to consider.  Pls dyodd.  







The company just bought back 2.536m share today at 3.00. A few days ago, they also bought back 1m share at 3.00.

This seem like a great support level! Do take note!

She is slowly climbing back above 3.00, looks rather interesting!

 CapitaLand Investment  - Results is out, not bad! Total Revenue is down 1% to 1345m, Operating PATMI is dien 1% to 344m, recurring FM fee grow by 10% to 183m, awesome!


I think Results is not bad and Operating profit is quite stable!




I think yearly dividend of 12 cents is sustainable and may be see further increase if FM fee grow faster than expected!

SBS Transit - FY results ia out! FY revenue is up 0m8 percent to 1.53b. NET profit is up 1.5 percent to 69.1m. Proposed Final dividend of 5.58 cents. Yield is about 4.15 percent at 2.69. I think the results is not bad!

Venture - Nice Breakout at 14.13, Fantastic! A nice uptrend has formed today , Up 5 per cent or S$0.68 to close at S$14.40 after a knee jerk reaction to the results last Friday! 4th quarter net profit was up and strong demand for 2nd Half of 2024 would likely boost their Gross revenue and net profit for Y2024! Please take note!

Venture Corporation  - 4th quarter results is out! Gross Revenue is up 4.3 percent to 736.6m, Net profit is up 5.3 percent to 66.7m. FY total Revenue is down 21.7 percent to 3025m and Net profit is down 26.9 percent to 270m. Free cash flow is positive +100 percent to 439m. 

Net cash position of 1056m, zero debt. 




At 14.10, yield is about 5.32%.

Proposed Final dividend of 50 cents same as last year.

Genting Sing - Share price being sold down almost 10 percent upon releasing the FY results which was down due to Q4 core net profit fell 5 per cent year on year and 41 per cent quarter on quarter to S$127.1 million. Also market was anticipating a higher Final dividend of 2.5 to 3 cents instead of 2 cents. They have about 3.5b cash on hands, cash rich, net cash position! This sold down may present buying opportunity! Do take note!

Genting Sing  - 2nd Half results is out ! NET profit increased 31 percent to S$334.9 million for the second half of 2023, from S$255.7 million. Proposed Final dividend of 2 cents ! A bit disappointed as I thought they would raise the Final dividend to 2.5 or 3 cents. Yield is rather low of  3.3 percent based on current price of 1.03.




Revenue for H2 rose 26 per cent to S$1.3 billion, from S$1.1 billion a year earlier.

FY Net profit was up 79.8 per cent to S$611.6 million. Revenue was up 40.1 per cent to S$2.4 billion.

  Genting Sing  - Yesterday,  she had a nice breakout of 1.05 the recent high and closed slightly higher at 1.06, looks rather positive!



 The only concern was that the volume is low! Next, resistance is at 1.09. Pls dyodd.  


Genting Sing  - Chart wise, bullish mode! Likely to reclaim 1.03 and rises higher towards 1.14 and above! Likely declare higher Final dividend of 2.5 cents !Do take note! 

Breaking out of 1.14 she may likely test 1.20.
