 To acquire additional 24.5% effective interest in NEX for S$523.1 million

— Raises FCT’s effective interest in NEX to 50.0% from 25.5% currently

— Acquisition is expected to be DPU accretive on a pro forma historical basis


Advance DPU of 4.25 cents.

She will need to overcome the resistance at 2.75.

A nice breakout of 2.75 plus good volume i think she may continue to rise up further!

I think the results is not bad!

Occupancy rate is 94.4%.


High probability she may rise up to reclaim 2.83.


A nice breakout at 2.83 smoothly would likely see her rising up to 2.89 than 2.93.

I think is quite a gd dividend yield to be included on my stocks portfolio. 

NAV is 2.37. Gearing below 40%.

Nibbled a bit at 2.65.

Prime USD Reit (OXMU.SI) - Wow! Looks like something is brewing! She has managed to recover from 12.8 cents to touch 18.5 cents seem like Buying interest is back with Full force, The Bull is back!

Prime USD Reit ( ) - I think the worst is over for the US reit counter as we witnessing the bullish candlesticks appearing on the chart gearing towards a reversal trend! As US CPI came in at 3.2% much better than market expectations of 3.3% looks like rate hike may pause for December and this is rather positive for reit! Do take note!

Short term wise,  I think this bullish momentum will continue and likely push the price higher towards 0.14 than 0.166 , 0.188 and 0.255. 

NAV is about 0.70.

Yearly dividend is about 4.9 USD cents.

Yield is a whopping 44% at current price of 0.113.
