 Chart wise,  she is doing a reversal mode! Looks rather positive and may likely move up to test 0.745!



A nice breakout smoothly may likely see her rising up to test 0.785 then 0.815.

Suntec Reit

 I think the worst is more or less factored into the current price level! 

 

Distribution per unit (DPU) fell by 9.7 per cent to S$0.04074 for the second half of 2022 ended December, from S$0.04512 a year ago.

Higher interest expense for the period resulted in a 27.8 per cent rise in finance costs for the Reit, its manager said in a regulatory filing on Friday (Jan 20).

Gross revenue was up 16.9 per cent to S$223.7 million for the half-year period, from S$191.3 million a year ago. Net property income grew 14.7 per cent to S$162.8 million from S$142 million in H2 FY2021.


NAV 2.12.

Yield about 6.4% at 1.37.




Chart wise,  she is trading at a consolidation mode!
