It is hovering near the major support ,looks rather interesting!

NAV 1.25.

Dividend of 2.85 cents and special dividend of 1.41 cents for first half. I think likely 3 cents final dividend. 

Taking yearly dividend of 5.85 cents, yield is about 4.6% seem quite a decent yield. 

At current price level of 1.28 seem like a good pivot point to take advantage of the recent opening up of the covid restrictions plus allowing more flights to fly in and out of Singapore would certainly boost their rev.

Prior to the pandemic,  they are giving out yearly dividend of 10.5 cents. I think dividend may likely increase as business conditions improve.
