HawPar

TA wise, looks super bearish!
Likely to continue to trend lower!

It has been sold down from $13 to close lower at $9.25 last Friday, looks like the patience for those looking to collect is worthed waiting for!

NAV $14.274
Yearly dividend of 30 cents.
Yield is 3.2%.

Short term wise, looking at the rate of selling down, a temporary rebound may Likely happen. But it may get freezer off again and may likely continue to slide down to retest the major support level at $8.30-$8.50 level.

Not a call to buy or sell.
Pls dyodd.

UOB

Chart wise, looks super bearish!
Likely to continue to trend lower!

NAV 22.347.

Dividend of 75 cents , XD 11 May 2020.
Year dividend of 1.10.
Yield is about 5.85% , looks attractive..

The current price of $18.80 is trading below its NAV of 22.347 , looks pretty interesting.

Short term wise, I think it might be good to monitor the pivot low of around $17.00 level that may present some bargain buying opportunity.

I think history always tends to repeat itself !
The same scenario may be replaying out again!

Not a call to buy or sell.
Pls dyodd.

MCT

Chart wise, looks super oversold!
Short term wise, I think we may likely see a rebound happening soon!

It might be good to wait for the price to stabilize first before taking the next course of action!

Looking at the chart, the support is at $1.45.
Next support level would be at $1.37 and then $1.25.

Pls dyodd.

31st Mar 2020
Looks like the recent rebound is short-lived.
It is trading lowered again after touching the high of $1.927 on 27 March, looks rather bearish!

The volume is getting thinner which may be a sign of losing momentum or not enough buying volume.

Short term wise, I think it may go down to retest the recent low of $1.53. The transacted volume for past few days was also getting thinner. A sign of weakness.

A short rebound is happening at this juncture .
This might be a golden opportunity for those who want to lock in profit or to make an exit strategy!

Short term wise, lets wait for the short rally to be freezer out and give us the actual market direction for this counter.

If it continues to go lower for the next few days then high chance the short rally is just a temporary rebound!

Not a call to buy or sell.
Pls dyodd.

Another follow through session today of selling down ,down 11 cents at $1.70 level looks seemingly oversold.

As market is clouded with bearish mode, low can go even lower.

Looking at the chart, looks like of $1.70 level fails to hold then it may slide further down toward $1.60 then $1.47 .

Pls dyodd.

2nd April 2020
Chart wise, looks super bearish! Please mind the gap!

Today the selling down seem abnormal plus super high volume, down 31 cents to $1.79 looks rather negative!

Short term wise, think we may see a temporary rebound soon especially with this kind of drastic selling down. If $1.75 the recent pivot low cannot hold then it may continue to dive further down towards $1.70 then $1.60.

I think with the current market situation, many stall owner would be asking for lower rental rate plus longer credit term.

I guess things may get ugly before we see any progress in dealing with current market saga.

NAV of $2.21. DPU may get lower.
Trading below its NAV seems interesting.

Not a call to buy or sell. Pls dyodd.

Frasers L&I Trust

TA wise, looks bearish! Likely to go down again after this temporary rebound!

What is the merger price going to be as the current price is 85.5 cents and definitely is not going to be $1.24 indicated previously!

Yield seem looking attractive but not sure will dpu get lower as economy is badly affected by current situation.

Will it go down to retest the pivot low of 67 cents again!

Not a call to buy or sell. Pls dyodd.
