Chart wise, looks bullish!
With the recent announcement of acquiring the 13 Data Centres from North America from Digital Realty looks like this counter is fast becoming an alternative data-centre
play.
DPU accretion of up to 3.5% that may see it current DPU of 12.4 cents increase to 12.83 cents.
Yield is about 5.3% at current price of 2.42.
I think fair value is about 2.56 level.
Short term wise, I think it may likely retrace a little bit towards the lower Trend Line and then bounce off to rise up again to retest 2.56 and above.

Aascendas Reit
Chart wise, looks bullish!
Next month it will be reporting its financial results around 25-26 October. Expecting to declare a dividend of about 8.01 cents for 6 months period from 1st April to 30th Sept. XD might be around 30-31 Oct. A high chance price may start to build up when approaching the CD date.
The current price of 3.14 is rising in orderly manner above it SMA lines and it highly possible it may re-conquer 3.23 the All-Time-High and rises higher towards 3.30 level and above.
Yearly DPU of 16.01 cents. Yield is 5.1% base on current price of 3.14.
As can be seen from the Past DPU distribution, DPU has been rising steadily from 2013 to 2018.

Straits Trading
Today it has managed to take control of the selling down pressure and close 1 cents higher at 2.09, looks rather positive!
I like what I see on the chart and we may likely see a rise to retest 2.15 level.
Short term wise, I think a breaking out of 2.15 with good volume that may drive the price higher towards 2.20 then 2.25.
NAV 3.66.
P/B 0.57.
Dividend of 6 cents ,yield 2.85%.
PE of 12x.

Chart wise,looks bearish!
After touching the high of $4.30 it has since corrected sharply and continue to slide further to hit 3.87 todAy, looks rather negative!
Short term wise,I think it may likely revisit the recent low of $3.84. Breaking down with high volume that may see further selling down pressure towards $3.80 then $3.70 level.
