Koufu

TA wise, looks bearish!
After hitting the high of 82.5 cents, it has since retreated sharply and slide further down to touch 67 cents, looks rather negative.

The current price of 68 cents is hovering near the support level of 67 cents.
Breaking down of this support level at 67 cents, may likely go further down to retest 63 cents.

NAV 16.93 cents.
EPS of 5 cents ( 1.25 x 4)
PE is about 13.65 x base on current price of 68 cents.

dividend of 2.2 cents, yield of 3.23% looks quite decent.

First quarter 2019 results seem not bad.
Achieving a Net Profit of 6.958m an increased of 12.7% versus 6.173m last year.

The vast improvement in their Ops cash flow of 25.7m versus 10.7m last year looks pretty impressive!

Cash-on-hands of 66.5m with less than 5m loan , Net cash per share is about 11.07 cents.

dividend payment of 2.2 cents is about 12m per year.
With their robust Ops cash flow/FCF, I think they can afford to increase their dividend payout of let say increment of 0.5 cents every year for next 5 years to bring the yearly dividend to 4.5 cents .

I think the company robust FCF should be able to support the dividend payout of 4.5 cents a year which is about 24.98m.

Not a call to buy or sell.

Pls dyodd.

How much share to Buy?

Position Sizing - it plays an important role of protecting the trader for being over exposed to a particular trade by minimizing the risk .

The percentage (%) of risk can be measure in terms of 1-5 or 6-10 % that you can afford to loss for each trade.

How to work out the maximum quantity for each trade that depends of each an individual risk tolerance level.

For example, person A can only tolerate a loss of 3% for each trade.

Let's say he has $10000 as capital. 3% risk appetite.

The formula is roughly as follow:-

10000 x 3% ( risk per trade - 1-10%)
--------------------------------------------
Entry Price less Cut Loss price

=             300
    --------------------------
    $1.00(EP) - $0.95(SL)

      300
 =  -------    =  6000 share.
      0.05

Person A capital for his /her trade is 6000 x $1.00 = $6000

For example , person B risk appetite is 5%.

let's say he or she has $12000 as capital , 5% risk exposure.

The formula is roughly as follows:-

12000 x 5% (% risk per trade)
-------------------------------------
$1.10(EP) less $1.01(SL)

      600
=  ---------
      0.09

= 6600 share.

Person B, he/she capital for this trade would be 6600 x $1.10 = $7260

The above example is meant for educational illustration and is not an advice or recommendation for any particular stock trading.

Pls dyodd.

Genting

Is about time for you to rise up the channel!
SingTel the overly beaten share price has since recovered from 2.98 to touch the high of 3.35.

TA wise, it has bounced off from the low of 85.5 and rises higher to touch 90.5 cents , looks bullish!

It is now taking a breather and may likely re-conquer 90.5 and surge higher to 95 cents then 1.01 and above .

Pls dyodd.

10th May 2019

Genting just released his 1st quarter 2019 result , net profit came in 5% lower to $205m.
EPS is slightly lower at 1.7 cents versus 1.8 cents last year.

I think is a decent set of result!

Price has dropped 1.5 cents to close at 93.5 cents .

FCF is healthy.
Cash on hands is about 4.25b.

Let's say EPS of 6.8 cents for the whole year ,PE is merely 13.5 x seems undervalue.

I think a minimum of PE 18x should be fairly achievable at 1.23.

TA wise, looks bearish!
Current price seems oversold!
Immediate support is at 92 cents .

If 92 cents support is broken down then most probably it may go down to revisit 87 cents !

I am looking to accumulate at 88 cents and below .

Not a call to buy or sell.

Pls dyodd.

HRnetGroup

The director has started to buy back share of 35,900 yesterday at 71 cents, looks like it may be the price has fallen to a undervalue level.

I think it may be an opportunity for me to take a look again at the current price of 72 cents.

Chart wise, it seems to have bounce off from 70 cents the support level and may likely move up the channel!

Not a call to buy or sell.

Pls dyodd.

Apac Realty

Chart wise, looks Bullish!
It has managed to bounce off from the low of 48.5 cents and rises higher to touch 56 cents yesterday, looks rather positive!

Close well at 54 cents and coupled with quite a high volume this is rather healthy and may likely continue to rise higher!

Short tern wise, I think This momentum may likely drive the price to retest 56 then 57.5 cents with extension to 60 - 66 cents.

Not a call to buy or sell.
