SPH has managed to hit the high of 2.53 and is now experiencing slight pull back which is rather healthy.
Short term wise,I think it may likely retest 2.53 then 2.62 .
Breaking out of 2.62 smoothly that may propel to drive the price higher towards 2.80.

Straits Trading
Straits Trading seems to have bounced off from the Support at 2.00. Looking good for it to rise higher towards 2.10 then 2.20 level.
NAV of 3.60+, P/B of 0.57, dividend of 6 cents, yield of 2.97 seems quite decent .
The company own 30% in Far East Hospitality trust & small percentage in Suntec reit .
Own about 21% in ARA Asset Management that manage a pool of funds .I think including managing Suntec Reit and cache logistics trust .
