Mapletree Log Tr - Scrip price offered is 1.524, which is higher than current market price of 1.51! Does it make sense to go for scrip! I would rather take cash and buy straight from market directly which is slightly cheaper.

Election period is from 9th Feb to 23 Feb. 

New share will be credited on 20th March.

At 1.51, Yield is about 6% for this index reit of which I think is a no-brainer opportunity!

Mapletree Log Tr (MLT) - Wah, today closed at 1.62 looks like Bull is in control! A nice crossing over of 1.62 smoothly we may likely see her rising up higher to test 1.73. Huat ah!

If the numbers are within expectations then it may bring cheers to the stocks market!

A beautiful sets of financial numbers that beat my expectations of dpu of 2.25 cents !

Keppel DC Reit - After Ex.dividend she has gone down to touch 1.60 and managed to bounce-off from this level and closed higher at 1.65, looks rather positive! Yield is about 5.5 percent at 1.65 looks like a good pivot point to consider! Do take note!

KDC - Keppel DC Reit  - Indeed it has went down to touch 1.67 yesterday and bounce-off to close at 1.69 unchanged,  looks like bargain hunters has turned up to support! Do take note!

Update  : KDC (Keppel DC Reit) - Gapped down this morning and went down to touch 1.69, looks rather weak and may likely see her going down to test 1.66-1.67.

  Keppel DC Reit  - Results is out! Dpu decreased 16.1% ro 4.33 cents versus 5.165 cents.  NPI is down 9.1% to 117m, Distribution Income is down 18.5% to 76m. Gearing 37.4%.I think results is badly affected by the loss of rental income and higher Operations expenses and high financial costs that increases 43.5% to 28.5m.Cautious mode!  




Occupancy rate 98.3%.

DBS - 4th quarter results is out! Net profit is up 2 percent to 2.39b , interim dividend increase to 54 cents from 48 cents last quarter! Bonus share issue of 1:10! Awesome!

DBS 4th quarter results is out! Net profit grew 2% to 2.39b. A 9% growth in Total Income to 5.01b from higher interest income and non- interest income resulted in a 7% increase before allowance to 2.8b. 



The board propose higher quarter dividend of 0.54 cents versus 0.48 cents last quarter.  Annual dividend of 2.16.



The board also propose a bonus share issue of 1 : 10. Ten existing share will be alloted 1 extra share . 

The TERP price is about 28.81.

So, foe every 1000 share, shareholders can get extra 100 share.

500 share can get 50 share.

Paragon REIT -2nd Half results is out!Dpu is of 2.6 cents I think is not bad! Gearing 30 percents, occupancy rate 98.1 percents. Gross revenue is up 3 percents to 145m, NPI is up 3.3 percent to 109m.
