Ocbc Bank - wah, she is heading down to test 12.00!

 At 12.00, yield is 6.66% of which I think the yield is pretty good !

 She is going Ex.dividend on 14th August,  I think market is giving chance to secure the profit!

She is trading near the peak resistance and it may experience the same selling down price patterns as reflected on the chart! 



As interest rate is more or less peak and bank Net Interest Margin likely fall plus bad debts allowance might increase therefore,  total Revenue and Net income may be lowered! 

US bank already seen Analyst lowering their TP. I think is good ro be cautious!

Wah, another Gap down upon results released looks like market already priced in the good sets of financial numbers and it doesn't boils well for this kind of price action!

 All the 3 local banks attained good profit and all boosting their dividend payout. But going forward, profit may be lowered due to interest rate pause or bad debts  allowance.

Yield of 6%. Is much higher than index reit.




TA wise, looks like the same price patterns may repeat itself!

The dividend yield is above 5% which is considered good!


Chart wise, it is trading in a consolidation mode!

Waiting for the next catalyst to drive the price higher.

Looking at the chart we can see some buying interest with huge volume transacted on certain day which is rather interesting!


Will it repeat the same price patterns!

She is being pushed down to an oversold territory! At 1.17, yearly dividend is about 7.29 cents,  yield is about 6.2% .

NAV 1.276.

She is hovering at the support level of 1.17.

Next support is at 1.13.

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT - yielding at 5.71% at 2.71, looks rather interesting!

  After Ex.dividend a few days ago, the share price has corrected lower to close at 2.71, looks rather weak!



She will need to overcome the resistance at 2.75.

A nice breakout of 2.75 plus good volume i think she may continue to rise up further! 

Let 's monitor and see how it turns out! 

  1st Half 2023 results is out! 

NPI is up 6.7% to 508.8m. Distribution income is down 1% to 327.5m.



Dpu is down 2% to 7.719 cents. 

Advance dpu of 6.139 cents  was paid out for the PP share.



Balance 1.58 cents will be paying out thus round.

I think the results is not bad! 

Gearing 36.7%.

Occupancy rate is 94.4%.


High probability she may rise up to reclaim 2.83.


A nice breakout at 2.83 smoothly would likely see her rising up to 2.89 than 2.93.

She has managed to bounce-off from the low of 2.65 and rises up to close at 2.82 looks like BULL is in control!




Short term wise,  I think likely to rise up to reclaim 2.83 and then rise up to cover the Gap at about 2.88 with extension to 2.93-2.98.

I think is quite a gd dividend yield to be included on my stocks portfolio. 

NAV is 2.37. Gearing below 40%.

Nibbled a bit at 2.65.

Singapore Exchange (SGX) - FY results is out, Net profit is up 26.5% to 570.9m, Declared interim dividend of 8.5 cents, yearly dividend of 34 cents!

 Singapore Exchange (SGX) - FY results is out, Net profit is up 26.5% to 570.9m, Declared interim dividend of 8.5 cents, yearly dividend of 34 cents!




Yield is about 3.55% at 9.59. I think is not bad for the dividend yield of 3.55%. If 10 cents dividend quarterly would certainly boost the price higher!

It has managed to bounce-off from the low of 9.20 and rises up to close well at 9.62, looks rather positive!


Short term wise, I think likely to rise up to retest the recent high of 9.73.

A nice breakout accompany with high volume we may likely see her rising up to test 10.00 and above.

Mapletree Log Tr - I think good price is back, please take note!

 She has managed to bounced off from 1.62 looks like a good pivot point.



I think she has more or less hit the bottoming price. Yield is of 5.5% is quite good!

At 1.64 , yield is about 5.5% which is quite a gd yield level for this blue chips index reit. 

Chart wise,  A nice pivot point is at 1.60 - 1.63.

I think the results is not bad at least dpu is still up a little bit.

 Indeed, she has managed to reclaim 1.67 and rises higher to touch 1.71 looks rather bullish!
