Sembcorp Marine



TA wise, looks Bullish as it is able to bounce off from the low of 1.49 and stage a nice recovery and rises higher to close at 1.67 last Friday, looks rather positive!



Both MACD & RSI are rising nicely upwards and may likely provide further indication that price may continue to trend higher.

The current price is also staying above it's SMA line which is another positive indication that price may likely move up to retest 1.74 level. 

Breaking out of 1.74 with ease + good volume that may drive the price higher to 1.80 then 1.90 and above .



US crude surges 3.3% to 2-month high on hopes for US-China trade deal.

Crude futures ended Friday’s session up $1.73, or 3.3 percent, at $53.80 per barrel.

Far East Orchard

Far East Orchard is hovering between the price range of $1.20 to $1.24 seems to be a good support level. The NAV is about $2.82 seems to be trading at a Great discount of almost 50% ( Margin Of Safety).


Dividend of 6 cents for the Past 5 years, yield of 4.88%
P/B is about 0.436
Company is profitable .


The current price of $1.23 seems like super undervalue. A rare gems not to be missed!
Let's say we can roughly work out the short term TP of $1.41(0.5 X NAV $2.82)  or next TP of $1.55( 0.55 x $2.82).

Genting Sing

After hitting the high of 1.12, we have experienced some profit taking and saw it's price came down to close at 1.06. I think this is quite healthy.

After this correction hopefully, it is able to move up to re-attempt 1.10 again. Breaking out with ease + good volume that may drive the price higher to 1.18 and above .

After touching the low of 95.5 cents, it had managed to recover and rises higher to hit 1.05, looks rather positive .

I think patience is needed in order  to see our rewards.


Short term wise, It would likely breakout 1.05 with ease and scale Higher towards 1.09-1.10 level .
Next resistance will be at about 1.18 level .

Looks like it is going to re-attempt 2.55 again!


Crossing over with ease plus good volume that may drive the price higher to 2.60 and above!

SPH has managed to hit the high of 2.53 and is now experiencing slight pull back which is rather healthy.



Short term wise,I think it may likely retest 2.53 then 2.62 .

Breaking out of 2.62 smoothly that may propel to drive the price higher towards 2.80.

Frasers HTrust

Trading at 70.5 cents, having a Yield of 7.1% that says it can maintain it's DPU around 5 cents per year.

P/B of 0.915, Nav of 77 cents.
Gearing is 33.5%.


TA wise, I think it may likely re-attempt 72 cents. Breaking out of 72 with ease + good volume that may likely rise higher to 74 then 76 with extension to 79.5.
