CapLand China Tr - Nice breakout at 73 cents, likely to rise up further towards 77 cents and above

 A nice breakout smoothly plus good volume we may see her rising up further towards 77 cents , 80.5 cents and 88.5 cents. 

Yield is about 7% if we are using yearly dividend of 5.3cents.
