 CapLand India Tr  - She is rising up to test 1.20 soon! Yield is more than 6 percent,  seem quite gd! 

Beyond 1.21, she may rise up further towards 1.29/1.30 with extension to 1.40.

29th July 2024:

 CapLand India Tr  - Total Revenue increased 23 percent to 136m versus 110m.NPI is up 21 percent to 103m versus 86m. 

Distribution income increased 10 percent to 54m versus 49m. DPU is up 8 percent to 3.64 cents versus 3.36 cents last year. 

I think results is not bad! 

Gearing is 38.1%.

Occupancy rate is 96%.
