Chart wise, bullish mode!
A nice breakout of 91.5 cents smoothly plus good volume we may likely see her rising up to test 95.5 cents and 1.02.

26th July 2024 update:
CapLand Ascott Tr - First Half results is out! Gross Revenue is up 11 percent to 386m. Net profit is up 12 percent to 173m.
The increased was mainly due to strong lodging demand. Adjusted Distribution income is up 8 percent to 91m versus 84m last year.
DPU is down 8 percent to 2.55 cents as compared to 2.78 cents because of a larger no of units.
Gearing 37.2%.

I think the results is not bad!
