 Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr  - She will be releasing her 1st quarter results on 30th July 2024, estimating DPU is of 2.3 to 2.35 cents! Pls dyodd. 













Went to Nger Ann City for makan at this Japanese restaurant namely SUJU.


It comes appetizers,  main dish and dessert! Nom nom. 






At 1.28, yield is about 7.15% which os a very nice yield level!

15th July 2024:

Mapletree PanAsia Com  Tr - She has a nice rebound  from 1.24 and rises up to close at 1.33, looks rather interesting! Likely to rise up to test 1.36 again! 



Breaking out of 1.36 smoothly we may likely see her testing 1.43 than 1.50.

  Mapletree PanAsia - With rate cut likely happening by end of this year, we may see market Turning back to gd reit counters again! Dont miss out!



 Likely to cross over 1.28 smoothly and rises higher towards 1.38. Pls dyodd.  


 Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr  - hovering at 1.24 after went ex.dividend,  seem to be holding up well! We need a catalyst for her to rise back to 1.38 and 1.42 !

 Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr  - Today, she went Ex.dividend! Likely to go down to revisit 1.20 again!

  Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr - The 4th Quarter results is out! DPU is up 1.8 percent to 2.29 cents, seems not bad! 






(DPU) for the fourth quarter ended March grew 1.8 per cent year on year to S$0.0229 from S$0.0225 previously.

Unitholders can expect to receive the distribution payout on Jun 6 after book closure on May 3. 

The real estate investment trust’s (Reit) gross revenue grew 2.6 per cent to S$239.2 million, while net property income (NPI) for the quarter rose 3.2 per cent to S$183.1 million with an NPI margin of 76.6 per cent.
