The latest DPU of 2.63 inclusive of 0.89 cents being advance paid out before XR is still lowered than last year 3.1 cents dpu.
I think yield of 4.5% seem trading at fully value price at $2.28.
I would wait for price to be corrected back to $1.90 & below to collect again!
