The Rights started off at 27.5 cents on 14 Nov and ended slightly higher at 30-30.5 cents looks like people are realising the value of this Biggest Industrial reit locally!


The Rights offer price of $2.63 offering a discount of 17% from its trading price of $3.17.

The last day for Rights application end on 28 Nov 5pm-9.00pm.


The Rights will be traded on 6 Dec.

F & N has commenced operations of Emerald Brewery Myanmar, marking its return to the Myanmar beer market.

Emerald Brewery, a joint-venture between F&N and local partners, has established a greenfield brewery located in Hlegu Township in Yangon, to brew Chang Lager Beer.

Looks interesting!

Chart wise, looks like the current momentum may continue to drive the price higher!
Last Friday, close well at 91 cents coupled with high volume this is rather bullish!

RSI is rising up nicely and the share price is staying above its SMA line looks likely it may continue to trend higher!

Short term wise, I think a nice breaking out of 91 cents + good volume that may propel to drive the price higher towards 95 cents with extension to 1.00.
